Custom Photo Frames

Due to the personalized nature of custom photo frames, custom orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once production has started.

Returns or replacements for custom orders will only be considered if:

  • The product received is damaged during transit.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product contains a manufacturing defect.

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs showing the issue.

Ready-Made Frames

Ready-made frame products may be eligible for return or replacement if:

  • The product arrives damaged.
  • An incorrect item is delivered.
  • A manufacturing defect is identified.

Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Return Approval

All return requests are subject to inspection and approval by Krafty Walls. We reserve the right to reject return requests that do not meet our policy requirements.

Refund Process

Once a refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or returns will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Incorrect information, images, or customization details provided by the customer.
  • Minor variations in color, texture, or appearance due to screen settings or handcrafted production processes.
  • Delays caused by courier services beyond our control.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before production or dispatch begins. Once production has started, custom orders cannot be cancelled.
